The AF system has done a bit of a makeover. It now has 15 total AF points, three of which are cross type. Due to the fixed mirror, you have access to continuous autofocus system, even in video mode. EVF is in full force for the A37. Use the dot resolution 1440K Tru-Finder with 100% field of view, which is good to have a camera of this level. If you prefer to use live view, you can do so from the 2.7-inch Clear Photo LCD screen that tilts. Like the NEX-F3, the A37 features the Super Pixel technology, so you can use your clear image zoom to increase the focal length of the lens while minimizing the loss of quality in JPEG mode.

You can also use Auto Portrait framed portraits that automatically crops according to the "rule of thirds" composition and other algorithms. As I said before, it works better if you take bad pictures to begin with, but can be good in a pinch. The camera also saves the original image, though, so there is nothing wrong with playing with it ... 

The 16.1-megapixel Exmor APC-C CMOS sensor back should feel familiar, but the new BIONZ processor extends the ISO range from 100 to 16,000. Unlike the national implementing agencies, the A37 features SteadyShot built right level sensor, which Sony claims will give you four handstands, accommodation capacity.
